The villa has opened its doors as a brand new hotel in the summer of 2023. The spacious and elegantly designed suite flats, practically all of which are duplex flats with a kitchenette and living area, can accommodate up to 6 people. The suite flats on the ground floor also have a garden seating area.

An oasis of peace in the green hills of Piedmont, right next to the famous and renowned Villa Carolina golf course. A 36-hole course located about 4 kilometres from Villa Raggi. The Golf Colline del Gavi with a total of 27 holes is also in the immediate vicinity at 14 kilometres. The programme is rounded off with a fabulous outdoor pool and a cosy and small relax area with sauna, turkish bath and gym. The hotel is a Bed & Breakfast, but don't worry, the proximity of the two restaurants in the Villa Carolina Resort as well as the many possibilities in the typical villages of Castelletto d'Orba and Gavi, offer enough opportunities for variety.
