1 Subject of the Terms and Conditions of Travel and Payment

These terms and conditions of travel and payment govern the legal relationships between the customer and ITALIA MY GOLF PREMIUM AG, insofar as these are established under the ITALIA MY GOLF PREMIUM AG brand. 

2 Conclusion of contract

2.1 ITALIA MY GOLF PREMIUM AG will draw up an individual travel offer at the customer's request. The travel offer made by ITALIA MY GOLF PREMIUM AG is non-binding and does not give rise to any obligations.

2.2 With the customer's travel registration/booking, the customer gives ITALIA MY GOLF PREMIUM AG the binding order to book the desired package travel arrangement. The travel registration/booking of the travel arrangement requested by the customer may be made verbally, in writing, by telephone, by fax or by electronic means (e-mail). 

2.3 The travel contract between ITALIA MY GOLF PREMIUM AG and the customer comes into effect as soon as ITALIA MY GOLF PREMIUM AG confirms the travel registration/booking to the customer with the electronic booking confirmation/invoice.

2.4 The customer shall be liable for all contractual obligations of fellow travellers for whom he makes the booking as for his own (in particular for payment of the travel price). The contractual agreements and these General Terms and Conditions apply to all travel participants. 3.

3. reservation fees/change of booking fees

3.1 The following reservation fees apply:
- For individual bookings up to 4 persons: € 20 per person.
- For group bookings of 5 or more persons (centralized invoice): € 15 per person.
- For group bookings of 16 or more persons (centralized invoice): € 10 per person.
- For event bookings and guided tour bookings by our guides: € 50 per person

3.2 The following rebooking fees apply:
- For hotel changes: min. € 100 per hotel
- For golf rebookings: min. € 15 per golf club 

4. terms of payment

4.1 A deposit of 40% is due on booking the tour. This must be received by us within 5 working days. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to departure. For bookings made at short notice (less than 30 days before departure), the total tour price is due on delivery of the invoice. 

4.2 Exceptions: In the high season and for event and guided tours, special terms of payment may apply in some cases. The applicable terms of payment are listed directly in the travel offer.

4.3 Individual services such as green fees cannot be refunded.

5. cancellation conditions

Cancellation must be received by ITALIA MY GOLF PREMIUM AG in writing (e-mail) and must be confirmed in writing by ITALIA MY GOLF PREMIUM AG. 
The following cancellation fees apply:

- up to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the total price
- 14 to 4 days before arrival: 60% of the total price
- from 3 days before arrival until no-show: 100% of the total price

Event and group trips: Refunds are made with a voucher for the corresponding amount (no cash refunds).

6. liability insurance / STAR / travel guarantee (company currently in formation)

Liability insurance: ITALIA MY GOLF PREMIUM AG (CHE-212.003.443) has an insurance policy with a Swiss insurance company. As no other insurances are included in the price, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Guarantee fund: ITALIA MY GOLF PREMIUM AG is a member of the Swiss Travel Association of the Swiss travel industry (in planning). In the event of insolvency or declared bankruptcy of the tour operator, the consumer can assert the following right: Refund of the travel amount paid.

The place of jurisdiction is Bad Zurzach (AG).
