The Relais Mirabella is situated on the magnificent slope "Collina Mirabella" and overlooks the entire Lago d'Iseo. Since 2022, the Relais, under separate management, hosts the renowned restaurant and chef Nadia Vincenzi (former star chef). The estate also includes the Azienda Agricola Collina Mirabella, which specialises in the production of extra Sabino DOP olive oil. From May to October, tours of the oil mill are organised with oil and Franciacorta fry tasting. Thanks to its quality, the olive oil is used by the chef to prepare various dishes and is bought by Relais Mirabella's loyal customers.
