In 2021, the whole complex started a major renovation project. The work on the golf course was completed in autumn 2021. The new irrigation system and the new practice and training facilities on the driving range bring the resort to a new level. Step by step, the deluxe flats are now also being renovated. By March 2025, 24 of these flats should be available. We therefore recommend booking in the "New Deluxe" flats.

The complex is located about one kilometre from the beach. The hotel's private beach is considered one of the most beautiful in the region and is located in Follonica, about 16 kilometres from the hotel. In summer, families can also enjoy an extensive leisure and entertainment programme. For golfers, the resort offers another advantage: with the Maremma Green Fee, you have the choice and can play at the same conditions on the courses: Punta Ala, Riva Toscana, Argentario or Terme di Saturnia.
