A beautiful course that winds through the centuries-old trees of the 18th century Villa Condulmer. Here stands the first clubhouse, which today serves as a baggage storage, the driving range and the putting green. In this first part of the course, the special configuration of hole 2 is worth mentioning, with a dogleg near the green and a monumental gate set into part of the old fence wall, requiring a particularly delicate approach to the green. But also hole 7, where a deep ravine about ten metres wide extends from the tee on the right to the green on the left and it takes a very high level of concentration and nerve to play this one.

The course, designed by Marco Croze, is particularly long and the designer wanted to make it treacherous by inserting several obstacles that force the player to be alert at all times. This makes the course particularly exciting, even though it is mostly flat. The most difficult hole on the course is certainly hole 17, a challenge because of the gully that runs along the right side of the fairway and the lake that almost completely surrounds the flat yet challenging green.
