The Trieste Golf Club was the first club in the region: it was founded in 1954 and began its sporting activities the following year.

Today, the 18-hole course offers a complete course suitable for players of all levels. The club also pays great attention to the young and the youngest by organizing a rich and well-structured program for the introduction to golf.

The splendid location of the course, situated at an altitude of 350 meters between the rugged and characteristic karst hills on one side and the sea on the other, offers a wonderful view of the Gulf of Trieste, from the lagoons of Grado and Lignano to the Istrian coast.
