The 9-hole course is nestled in the green valley of western Liguria between Castellaro and Pompeiana and is located within the Castellaro Golf Resort in the immediate vicinity of Sanremo. 

Its proximity to the sea means that the wind has a significant impact on the game. The difficulties caused by the hilly terrain, the rather narrow fairways and the treacherous greens are mitigated by the panoramic views and the various starting areas. All this is dominated by the well-kept clubhouse, which houses all the club's services: the secretariat and the bar-restaurant, which offers traditional Ligurian cuisine and national and international wines on its terrace overlooking the course. Playable all year round.
