Golf Clubs ➜ Castelgandolfo Golf Club Holes 18
The Castelgandolfo Country Club is located just 25 kilometers south-east of the Vatican City. A 17th century villa stands on the edge of a volcanic crater, which the imagination of Robert Trent Jones transformed into a technical and challenging golf course in 1987.
93 bunkers, three small lakes and a thousand other obstacles among olive trees, oaks and maritime pines give this challenging golf course its own character. With its natural obstacles and different ground levels, each hole has to be discovered one by one.
The course is sporty and challenging and the terrain is flat, dotted with water hazards.
From the balcony of the clubhouse you have a fascinating view of the course, with a single glance you have an overview of the 18 holes.
