Golf Clubs ➜ Cus Ferrara Golf Holes 18
For those who love golf, but also art, culture and good food, Ferrara, the first modern city and a masterpiece of the Renaissance, is a must.
The CUS Ferrara golf course is the brainchild of Giovanni Trasforini, who suggested using an undeveloped plot of land on the edge of the university's sports grounds to build a golf training course.
The project was designed by architects Croze Marco and Studio Gueltrini & Stignani and opened in 1989.
The course is located in the city park, which covers an area of around 40 hectares and borders the old city walls that surround the historic center. The 18-hole course is ideal for golfers of all levels: the terrain is flat and welcomes players in an ecosystem rich in biodiversity. There are also 3 ponds on the course, which make the course fascinating.
